Ronto’s Seaglass High-Rise On Schedule for Completion This Month

The award-winning Ronto Group announced that construction of its 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass luxury high-rise tower at Bonita Bay is on schedule for completion this month. Furnishings in the tower’s common areas and on its rooftop amenity deck are being installed and finishes in the building’s glittering lobby, including wall treatments, flooring, and mosaic tile wrapped columns, have been completed. Ronto has processed sales worth more than $155 million at Seaglass and the tower is nearly 70% sold. Three luxurious tower great room floor plans are priced from $1,230,000. The tower residences offer expansive 68-foot or 78-foot views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Seaglass features fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence comes with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages are available. Three completed furnished models are available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only.

The Ronto Group announced Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors International’s Susan Bleda, ASID, Interior Designer Rachelle Porco, Interior Designer Monica Meissner, and Cynthia Bradford, ASID have been chosen to select the furnishings for two new models at Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. The new models will be completed and available for purchase later this summer. Three already completed furnished models are available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only.

Ronto’s Seaglass High-Rise Surpasses $150 Million in Sales

The Ronto Group announced that sales contracts worth more than $150 million have been processed at Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. The tower is nearing completion and is more than 65% sold. Seaglass is generating unprecedented homebuyer interest and buyer traffic is continuing at record levels. With the building still under construction, prospective buyers have not been deterred by OSHA requirements for visiting three completed furnished model residences that are open for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only. The requirements include long pants, closed-toe shoes, hardhats, and a security guard who serves as an escort along with the sales associate. Visitors to the models have been captivated by the spacious Seaglass residences’ open-concept floor plans, elegant finishes, and spectacular long-range views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
