Seaglass Staff Awaits Arrival of New Residents

As The Ronto Group’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay approaches completion, the building’s professional staff is preparing for the arrival of residents who will soon be closing on their new home purchases and moving in. Ronto has processed sales worth more than $155 million at Seaglass and the tower is 75% sold. Three luxurious tower great room floor plans are priced from $1,230,000. The tower residences offer expansive 68-foot or 78-foot views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Each residence comes with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Dye has more than 20 years of property management experience, including serving as general manager for seven years at Aqua at Pelican Isle and for five years at The Colony Golf & Bay Club. In both cases, she served from start-up and operation to building turnover. She has also served as general manager at the 131-unit Vistas high-rise on Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples. Her responsibilities at Seaglass will include overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the building, and planning, directing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Homeowner’s Association are provided in a first-class manner and in the Seaglass homeowners’ best interest.

Dye’s front desk/administrative staff will include full-time administrative assistant Jennifer Stinson and part-time weekend receptionist Cleo Levine. In addition to fulfilling day-to-day front desk responsibilities, they will provide concierge services to the Seaglass Residents such as notary, dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up, arranging Fed-Ex services, fax and copy services, arranging transportation to the airport, and other convenient, time saving services that will enhance the overall living experience for the homeowners.

Seaglass residents will enjoy happy hours and barbeques at the exclusive Seaglass rooftop amenity deck while soaking up stunning unobstructed views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Dye’s maintenance and housekeeping staff at Seaglass includes Mark Young, Adrian Valdes, Milene Hernandez and Marbelys Leiva. Young was a Facility Maintenance Manager for nearly 10 years before moving to Florida. He has been a maintenance coordinator and lead technician for the past six years, most recently at Estancia at Bonita Bay. He is EPA and CPO certified. Valdes has several years of experience in the maintenance industry, including at Tiburon Golf Club for 7 years. Hernandez and Leiva have both worked in luxury high-rise buildings, most recently at Tiburon Golf Club.
