As The Ronto Group’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay approaches completion, the building’s professional staff is preparing for the arrival of residents who will soon be closing on their new home purchases and moving in. Ronto has processed sales worth more than $155 million at Seaglass and the tower is 75% sold. Three luxurious tower great room floor plans are priced from $1,230,000. The tower residences offer expansive 68-foot or 78-foot views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Each residence comes with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages are available.
“Finalizing a new home purchase and planning and executing a move can be a stressful time,” said Seaglass General Manager Shannon Dye, CAM, GRI, ABR. “It’s also an exciting time as people look forward to enjoying life in their new home, the possibility of meeting new friends and neighbors, and experiencing a new lifestyle. That’s especially true in a building the caliber of Seaglass and in a community like Bonita Bay that has been acknowledged as one of the healthiest in the country. Here at the building, our staff is ready to welcome the residents with a smile and enthusiasm, to answers their questions, to immediately address any unforeseen problems that might arise, and to share their excitement. We’ve been looking forward to move-in time, to meeting them, and to doing everything we can to make the Seaglass living experience as enjoyable as possible.”
Dye has more than 20 years of property management experience, including serving as general manager for seven years at Aqua at Pelican Isle and for five years at The Colony Golf & Bay Club. In both cases, she served from start-up and operation to building turnover. She has also served as general manager at the 131-unit Vistas high-rise on Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples. Her responsibilities at Seaglass will include overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the building, and planning, directing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Homeowner’s Association are provided in a first-class manner and in the Seaglass homeowners’ best interest.
“Managing a building like Seaglass is not just about making sure the landscaping and maintenance are taken care of,” said Dye. “It’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere that promotes security, safety and community for all residents. It is my goal to provide the best experience possible for the Seaglass homeowners. On-going and good communication is key. I am committed to keeping the Seaglass residents up to date with Seaglass news, upcoming events, social activities, special projects, and more. We will also be launching a website exclusively for the Seaglass Residents soon.”
Dye’s front desk/administrative staff will include full-time administrative assistant Jennifer Stinson and part-time weekend receptionist Cleo Levine. In addition to fulfilling day-to-day front desk responsibilities, they will provide concierge services to the Seaglass Residents such as notary, dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up, arranging Fed-Ex services, fax and copy services, arranging transportation to the airport, and other convenient, time saving services that will enhance the overall living experience for the homeowners.
Seaglass residents will enjoy happy hours and barbeques at the exclusive Seaglass rooftop amenity deck while soaking up stunning unobstructed views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The rooftop amenity deck provides an ideal venue for sitting back, relaxing, and experiencing the serenity of the breathtaking views throughout the day. A two-sided elevator opens to an attractive terrace offering four double-door points of entry to the amenity deck that features one bar with a large screen television, an additional sunset bar with unfettered views of the Gulf, numerous seating areas, two trellised outdoor kitchens with gas grills, an array of planters with native plantings, and glass railings.
The Seaglass tower’s second floor includes a news café that offers additional opportunities for socializing over a cup of coffee, watching television, or simply relaxing while reading a newspaper. The café connects to a spectacular, award-winning amenity complex previously designed by architect Santiesteban & Associates. An expansive array of amenities already in place includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill.
“One of the most important committees in a condominium is the social committee,” said Dye. “The committee generates interest, fun, excitement, and a sense of community among the residents. More importantly, the social committee’s events give residents the opportunity to get to know everyone in the building and to create special bonds with their new neighbors. We’ll be working with the committee to ensure the logistical aspects of their events are covered and to provide any support that is appropriate. We want the residents at Seaglass to enjoy life here.”
Dye’s maintenance and housekeeping staff at Seaglass includes Mark Young, Adrian Valdes, Milene Hernandez and Marbelys Leiva. Young was a Facility Maintenance Manager for nearly 10 years before moving to Florida. He has been a maintenance coordinator and lead technician for the past six years, most recently at Estancia at Bonita Bay. He is EPA and CPO certified. Valdes has several years of experience in the maintenance industry, including at Tiburon Golf Club for 7 years. Hernandez and Leiva have both worked in luxury high-rise buildings, most recently at Tiburon Golf Club.
“I am very proud of the caliber of our staff here at Seaglass,” said Dye. “Each of them has demonstrated they understand our mission is to make life as enjoyable as possible for the residents. Over the past couple of months, I have had the pleasure of meeting with the Seaglass homeowners one-on-one for their homeowner orientation. It has been an exciting, rewarding, and positive experience to meet with them and to help them prepare for the move into their new home at Seaglass. We’re looking forward to having them here.”
