With 85% of reservations worth over $50 million already converted to contracts, future residents of the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower to be built by the award-winning Ronto Group within Bonita Bay are looking forward to enjoying an amenity rich lifestyle. The Bonita Bay Club’s soon to be completed Lifestyle Center contributed to Bonita Bay being recognized as one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions. The Club’s Lifestyle Center vision was acknowledged by the National Club Association and featured in its Club Trends magazine. The Club has announced plans for enhancements to its 18-court tennis facility and the construction of a resort-style pool complex.
Residents at Seaglass will also enjoy casual and fine dining, biking and hiking trails, kayaking and canoeing, a private beach park, boating, and five of Southwest Florida’s premier golf courses. Bonita Bay’s twelve mile network of biking and hiking paths weave through the community’s lush tropical setting. For those who prefer the beach, bus transportation is provided to a private beach park for Bonita Bay residents only just minutes away on Little Hickory Island that includes picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
Bonita Bay features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. The Bonita Bay Marina is on the Imperial River at the south end of Estero Bay and provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Backwater Jack’s, a waterfront restaurant and bar, serves lunch, as well a bar menu, dinner, and libations in season.
Three Arthur Hills designed courses wind their way through the 2,400 acre Bonita Bay community and gracefully complement the surrounding pristine natural setting that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Two additional courses designed by esteemed golf course architect Tom Fazio are located at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples. Both of the Fazio courses offer a pure golf experience and are set against a stunning natural tableau with no residential development.
A clubhouse renovation included converting the golf shop into a 4,700-square foot open-air bar and grille. The location provides spectacular views to the west, the golf courses, and Bonita Bay’s natural environment. The new 55th Hole lounge has glass walls that slide away and an outdoor area with wraparound terraces where a 14-foot log fire pit serves as a focal point. The lounge has a 127-inch media wall with 18 LED panels. Eight 60-inch television screens are incorporated into a square, ceiling-mounted wooden structure suspended over the center bar. The media wall can function as one screen or as four.
A new 30,000-square foot Golf Super Center is linked to the clubhouse by a golf cart staging area, wooden arbors, and landscaping. Rocking chairs on the new building’s terrace overlook the driving range. Underground storage accommodates 249 carts and 2,900 golf bags are organized inside.
