Seaglass Residents to Enjoy Enhanced Tennis Facility and New Resort Pool

After learning the Bonita Bay Club has been recognized as one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions, future residents of the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower to be built by the award-winning Ronto Group within Bonita Bay got more exciting news. With its three-story, approximately 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center nearing completion in the Promenade complex adjacent to Bonita Bay, the Bonita Bay Club announced plans for enhancements to its 18-court tennis facility, the construction of a resort-style pool complex, and improvements to its Creekside golf course, one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses.

Homebuyer traffic and sales contract momentum are thriving at Seaglass. Ronto recently reported an astounding 85% of previously processed reservations worth over $50 million have been successfully converted to binding purchase agreements. The combination of the spacious open-concept Seaglass tower and penthouse residence floor plans and Bonita Bay’s expanding array of amenities that are conducive to an active, healthy lifestyle promises to redefine the high-rise living experience.

The Bonita Bay community features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience.

The Bonita Bay Club’s 18-court tennis facility will be enhanced by a new exhibition court, spectator seating, and two oversized courts. The current Fitness Building that measures approximately 10,000 square feet will be transformed into a Tennis Building with a Tennis Pro Shop, an indoor/outdoor casual café and bar, locker rooms, a stretching room, and a multi-purpose room. The bar will extend into a pool deck area featuring a resort-style pool, a water feature, a bath house with locker facilities, casual dining, and chaise lounge seating. Because the Tennis Building and pool will be adjacent to one another, the Club anticipates completing the projects in succession with some overlap.

The Club’s golf course improvements will include leveling and enlarging two practice tees. Three holes, six tees, and all of the bunkers on the Creekside Course will be rebuilt. Fairways on seven holes will be regrassed, a new ladies tee on hole number seven will be built, the entire irrigation system will be renovated, and a waste area will be created between the tee and green on the thirteenth hole.

In addition to the Lifestyle Center, Tennis Building, and resort-style pool, Seaglass residents will enjoy Bonita Bay’s twelve mile network of biking and hiking paths that weave through the community’s tropical setting. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers additional recreational possibilities. For those who prefer the beach, bus transportation is provided to a private beach park for Bonita Bay residents only just minutes away on Little Hickory Island that includes picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Bonita Bay also features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. The full-service Bonita Bay Marina is located on the Imperial River at the south end of Estero Bay and provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services.

The Bonita Bay golf experience is legendary. Three Arthur Hills designed courses wind their way through the 2,400 acre Bonita Bay community and gracefully complement the surrounding pristine natural setting that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Two additional courses designed by esteemed golf course architect Tom Fazio are located at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples. Both of the Fazio courses offer a pure golf experience and are set against a stunning natural tableau with no residential development.

In addition to the amenities available within the community and through the Bonita Bay Club, the Seaglass tower’s second floor will include a news café and connect to an award-winning amenity complex previously designed by architect Santiesteban & Associates. Amenities already in place include a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill.

Situated nearly 250 feet from its closest neighboring building, Seaglass will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium quality finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. The penthouse residences at Seaglass are priced from $2.5 million and offer approximately 4,600 square feet of air conditioned space with a dual private elevator grand foyer, a large great room, spacious gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, or four bedrooms plus a den and four-and-a-half baths. Ceiling heights of 10-feet eight-inches or 11-feet four-inches are included per plan. Several of the penthouse residences feature expanded outdoor spaces with exceptionally large terraces, including two private rooftop terraces that will be enjoyed by the residents of the penthouses on the building’s uppermost floor.

Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air are priced from just over $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include dual private elevator grand foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets throughout the residence, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
