Ronto’s Seaglass Redefining High-Rise Living Experience

With sales contracts worth more than $150 million already processed, and construction progressing as planned, The Ronto Group’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower being built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay continues to offer luxury homebuyers the possibility of enjoying a new approach to living an elegant, maintenance-free lifestyle. New open-concept floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air, common areas with a more contemporary, on-trend look and feeling, a comprehensive array of amenities, and various membership opportunities that offer access to the Bonita Bay Club’s award-winning lifestyle have combined to redefine the high-rise living experience. The Seaglass tower will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans at Seaglass are priced from $1.205 million. The spacious tower residences will include dual private elevator foyers, island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
With construction progressing as planned, Ronto is finishing the building’s remaining tower residences in high-end finish packages and color schemes selected by award-winning interior designer Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors. Gaddis has created three on-trend finish and color palette designs that will appeal to luxury homebuyers. The first design is anchored by a palette that features shades of grey. The wall tones will be a soft grey presented against plank style wood-look tile flooring in the living areas and on the terraces. Off-white kitchen counter surfaces with subtle grey speckles will contrast the design’s darker grey cabinetry and sleek brushed nickel hardware. The cabinetry and counter surfaces will be repeated in the owner’s bath where beautiful off-white tile flooring will include soft grey veining.

Gaddis’ second design features neutral cream tones that will compliment a diverse array of furniture selections. Light wall tones will bring softness to the look and play against creamy tile flooring in the living areas that will include delicate highlights. The den will showcase medium-toned wood flooring. In the kitchen, Gaddis has selected light creamy cabinetry with a uniquely shaped inset that will be topped with cream-toned counters with randomly shaped speckled accents and contemporary brushed nickel hardware. The owner’s bath will feature dark-toned cabinetry contrasted by off-white countertops and ultra-soft cream tile flooring and shower walls with faint highlights.

The third finish and palette package will include flat finished Shark colored wall tones with semi-gloss white trim. Flooring in the living areas, including the elevator lobby, foyer, great room, dining room, kitchen, gallery, and powder bath will be 24 by 24-inch Bianco Coveland tile. Wood flooring will be featured in the den. The kitchen will showcase white cabinetry against Cement quartz countertops with an eased edge. The owner’s bedroom will feature Frost carpeting. The owner’s bath will also feature 24 by 24-inch Bianco Coveland tile flooring, as well as 12 by 24-inch Bianco Coveland tile shower walls, six by six-inch Bianco Coveland tile shower flooring, cabinetry with a Cape Cod finish, and white Carrara marble countertops with an eased edge and a four-inch backsplash. The bath will also include a soaking tub and polished chrome hardware.

Gaddis has also created a distinctive, more contemporary common area design that will have multi-generational appeal while providing a warm note of welcome. The color palette will include neutral whites, cerused wood accents, veined tone-on-tone neutral quartzite slabs, and a stunning iridescent glass mosaic feature wall flanked by sea-themed acrylic photographic art pieces. The driftwood-like cerused wood in medium and slightly darker brown and grey tones will combine with subtle sea glass accents throughout the space to convey a coastal feeling. Oversized furnishings with classic styles and shapes will create a sense of comfort for the building’s residents while providing a timeless feeling that will serve the interior space for years to come. The furnishings will be upholstered in neutral fabrics and accented with dark wood details. Classic quartzite slabs accenting the elevator lobby walls and reception desk will be incorporated into the design in a contemporary way. Subtle stainless-steel accents will provide additional contemporary elements.

The Seaglass tower’s two-story lobby will offer a grand place of entry. The lobby’s reception desk will be executed in a simple transitional design with the front and the sides wrapped by cerused dark grey-brown wood. The wall behind the desk will be clad with clean-veined dark-toned quartzite slabs to create a contemporary panel look with simple recesses rather than traditional applied moldings.  In the center panel of the wall, a beautifully backlit circular treatment that incorporates the colors of the design will serve as the backdrop for the building’s name presented in gold lettering.

The lobby’s magnificent two-story feature wall will extend behind a beautiful floating stairwell with glass panels and a cerused wood railing and accents, all of which will also be included on a second-floor catwalk. The stair treads will match the flooring and be complemented by dark wood corner risers that support the open design of the staircase. The center of the feature wall will be highlighted by stunning sea glass iridescent glass mosaic tile. The LED lighting around the mosaics will add drama while creating the illusion of sea glass on the beach. The glass mosaic, acrylic art pieces, and the cerused wood background treatments on the feature wall will be presented within recessed spaces encased by limestone.

The tower’s elevator lobbies will have walls clad with the quartzite slab material with horizontal recessed cutouts to provide a contemporary flair. Each elevator door will have a large surround finished with the cerused wood used throughout the space. The walls inside each elevator will present subtly antiqued mirror insets with a cerused wood frame. A unique ceiling treatment will include stainless steel with randomly sized horizontal cutouts to allow light to penetrate the elevator cab.
