Ronto unveils floor plans for Seaglass at Bonita Bay

With the sales center now open at the Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower, the Ronto Group unveiled three floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air.

The 26-floor, 120-unit tower to be built by Ronto within the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium quality finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The Naples-based developer and Wheelock Street Capital acquired the final two high-rise tower parcels at Bonita Bay late last year.

The tower residences will include private elevator foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets throughout the residence, and multiple outdoor spaces that include an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.

The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master bath areas of the residences will reflect the new type of contemporary flair that renowned high-rise tower architect Santiesteban & Associates has brought to the architectural style of the building. Base-pricing for the tower residences will be announced during fourth quarter 2014.

Available on floors three through 19, tower residence floor plan 1 and 6 offers 3,421 square feet under air and an additional 525 square feet of outdoor terrace space on three terraces. The largest of the tower plans, it showcases some of Seaglass’ most captivating views. A large screened terrace on the west side of the building will provide an ideal vantage point for enjoying views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Bay’s golf courses, and mangrove preserves.

The 1 and 6 great room plans features double doors that open from the home’s private elevator foyer to reveal a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sliders in the great room provide an easy transition to the screened terrace that offers an outdoor gathering place and includes a gas grill. The 1 and 6 plans also includes a large dining area, Ronto’s hallmark island kitchen, three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, and an on-the-view owner’s suite that opens to the screened terrace. The two guest suites and den or fourth bedroom open to open terraces. Walk-in closets and 10-foot ceilings except where dropped are found throughout the plan.

The 2,889-square-foot under air 2 and 5 tower residence plans offers one screened and one open terrace totaling an additional 464 square feet. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath great room plan features large windows with impact rated glass and sills that are just 18-inches off the floor. The double-door entry from the private elevator foyer opens to a wide gallery hallway that provides an immediate see-through view afforded by the design’s tall windows. The plan’s centrally located kitchen includes an immense island. The on-the-view great room opens to the screened terrace that includes a gas grill. Adjacent to the great room, a large dining area includes a deep niche wall that will accommodate a furniture piece and treasured art selections. As is the case with each of the tower residence floor plans, walk-in closets are included throughout the home.

Tower residence floor plans 3 and 4 are a three-bedroom plus den, three-and-a-half bath great room plan offering 3,088 square feet under air with an additional 485 square feet of outdoor terrace space. This plan also features a wide gallery hallway leading from the private elevator lobby that takes full advantage of the views provided by two banks of large sliders that encompass the entire west wall of the great room and open to a screened terrace. The owner’s suite also opens to the screened terrace. An island kitchen flows into a dining area adjacent to the great room. Both guest suites open to a terrace.

The ready for occupancy tower residences at Seaglass feature an outstanding array of premium quality standard finishes specified by Renee Gaddis Interiors. Large scale porcelain tile will be included in the living areas, including the den per plan.

The kitchens will showcase frameless construction, full overlay cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets and a variety of door profiles, finish selections and hardware. Quartz and granite counter surfaces will provide generous food preparation areas. Premium quality kitchen appliance packages will be standard in every residence. Optional gas cooking is available. Bathrooms will feature full overlay vanity cabinetry with marble countertops. The owner’s bath will include a soaking tub per plan, as well as a makeup vanity, a frameless glass shower enclosure and separate water closets. Large walk-in closets are featured throughout each residence.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor will connect to an amenity complex previously designed by Santiesteban. Amenities already in place include a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered cabana that includes a bar and grill.

In addition to the amenity complex, the amenities of the Bonita Bay Club, including three on-site and two off-site golf courses, will also be available to residents of Seaglass. The Club recently completed an $11 million renovation of its 50,000 square-foot clubhouse and a new Lifestyle Center is scheduled for completion next spring.

The Bonita Bay community features an on-site marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. Twelve miles of on-property hiking trails and a kayaking and canoeing lodge offer additional recreational possibilities. Bus transportation is provided to a private beach club complete with picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas on Little Hickory Island.

The Naples-based Ronto Group’s expertise is showcased in an expanding number of successful communities in Southwest Florida. Wheelock Street is Ronto’s capital partner on Naples Square in downtown Naples and the Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower.
