The Ronto Group announced Robb & Stucky will be furnishing two additional model residences at Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. The new models will be completed and available for purchase later this summer. Three already completed furnished models are available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only. Homebuyers have been captivated by the spacious Seaglass residences’ elegant features and finishes and the various membership opportunities that offer access to the Bonita Bay Club’s award-winning lifestyle. Sales contracts worth more than $150 million have been processed and the tower is more than 65% sold.
The models to be furnished by Robb & Stucky will showcase tower residences 1604 and 1805. Priced at $1,995,000, the 1604 model offers a three bedroom plus den, three-and-a-half bath great room floor plan with 3,088 square feet under air and an additional 485 square feet of outdoor terrace space. The plan features a private elevator lobby and a wide foyer with a gallery hallway leading to a living area that takes full advantage of the spectacular views that are the Seaglass tower’s hallmark. Two banks of large sliders encompass the entire west wall of the great room and open to a screened terrace overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The owner’s suite also opens to the screened terrace. A perfectly sized island kitchen flows into a dining area adjacent to the great room. Both guest suites also open to a terrace.
The 2,889 square feet under air tower residence 1805 model offers one screened and one unscreened terrace totaling an additional 464 square feet. Priced at $1,950,000, the model’s three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, great room plan features tall windows with impact rated glass and sills just 18-inches off the floor. The double-door entry from the private elevator foyer opens to a gallery hallway that provides an immediate see-through view. The plan’s centrally located kitchen includes an immense island. The on-the-view great room opens to the screened terrace that includes a gas grill. Adjacent to the great room, a large dining area includes a deep niche wall that will accommodate a furniture piece and treasured art selections. As is the case with each of the tower residence floor plans, walk-in closets are included throughout the home.
The Seaglass tower will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. The spacious tower residences will include dual private elevator foyers, island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
For the three already completed models, Ronto selected Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda ASID and Rachelle Porco to create the interior for the Seaglass 804 tower residence model, Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors for tower residence 306, and Cinnabar Design’s Diana Hall, ASID and Laurie Walter, ASID for the tower residence 605 model. With construction progressing rapidly, Ronto also selected Gaddis to specify high-end finish packages and color schemes for the building’s remaining tower residences. Gaddis has created three on-trend finish and color palette designs that will appeal to luxury homebuyers.
The 3,088 square feet under air 804 tower residence model includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a den, an open great room, dining area, and island kitchen, terrace space totaling 485 square feet, and a private elevator foyer. Bleda and Porco’s design exudes chic sophistication while providing welcome comfort and exceptional livability. Set against soft sandy bisque wall tones that run throughout the home and blend effortlessly with neutral fabrics and furnishings, their color palette includes light creams and fresh whites. Frosted glass accents are layered with matte gold and silver metallics to evoke a sense of the shimmering sea and the wave-smoothed seaglass. Furnishings are clean lined with fabrics that include the textural diversity of leather against cotton and linen. In the living area, a dramatic 10-foot wide fireplace is set within a built-out section of wall adorned with glistening wallpaper. To highlight the adjacent dining area, Bleda and Porco designed a striking rectangular ceiling structure with recessed lighting and tiered layers for a distinctive look.
The tower residence 306 floor plan offers 3,421 square feet under air and 525 square feet of outdoor covered terrace space. The great room plan includes three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, a large island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby. The 306 model’s design includes an optional fireplace and a dry bar with wine storage. The wall tones in the open concept living areas are clean gray. Gaddis has incorporated architectural details in the design, including ceiling and millwork details. The great room features a ceiling detail in a checkerboard style and multiple seating areas. Pocketing sliders open the great room to a wide terrace where the owners will enjoy the views and a fabulous al fresco Florida lifestyle. The design showcases classic, timeless style with a contemporary edge. She incorporated a variety of wood tones, mixing light and dark for eclectic charm, and her color palette is based on cool matte blue grays. The flooring is executed in a warm wood tone with handsome coffered ceiling details throughout.
The tower residence 605 model offers 2,889 square feet plus 464 square feet of covered outdoor terrace space. The open-concept floor plan features a private elevator lobby, and a gallery hallway that leads from the foyer to a spacious living area with a great room, gourmet island kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area. The great room, dining area, and the owner’s suite open to a terrace with spectacular views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The plan includes two guest bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. The designers have chosen to transform one of the guest room spaces into a handsome study. The remaining guest suite opens to a terrace with a southeasterly view. With an urban color palette of tonal neutrals and the use of aqua and warm beige sea glass accents, the 605 model provides a luxurious framework for the incredible views. Hall and Walter took a contemporary approach to create a sense of anticipation from the private elevator foyer, through the gallery hallway, and into a great room with breathtaking west-facing views. The flooring is be light Italian porcelain with a tracing of pale gray to create a seamless flow of sophisticated elegance.
