The award-winning Ronto Group announced it is now offering developer close-out pricing starting at $995,000 for the remaining residences at its completed 27-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay. To date, Ronto has processed sales worth nearly $190 million at Seaglass and the building is approaching sellout. Three open-concept floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air, common areas with a more contemporary, on-trend look, an array of amenities, and Bonita Bay Club membership opportunities have redefined the high-rise living experience. A choice selection of residences remains available, including six fully furnished move-in ready homes. Just eight residences are available above the sixth floor and range from $1,695,000 to $2,145,000.

Robb & Stucky’s Cynthia Bradford, ASID specified the furnishings for the 905-tower residence. The unit offers 3,353 square feet of living space with 2,899 square feet under air. The plan includes three bedrooms, three and a half baths, an island kitchen, dining area, and a great room with water and sunset views. Bradford has created a study in one of the guest bedrooms. Ten-foot ceilings are featured, except where dropped. Priced at $1,850,000 with furnishings, the palette includes beiges, creams, whites, and taupes against porcelain wood-look plank tile flooring.

Robb & Stucky also furnished the three-bedroom plus den, three and a half bath 2004 residence to create a clean-lined transitional design. A neutral color palette includes greys, creams, whites and taupes that play against porcelain tile flooring and soft neutral and silver metallic accents. Textural elements are evident throughout the home. Priced at $2,145,000, the furnished 2004 residence includes 3,573 square feet with 3,088 square feet under air.

Baer’s Furniture’s Janet Graham created the interior for the furnished 602-tower residence that is priced at $1,725,000. The three-bedroom, three and a half bath open-concept residence offers 3,353 total square feet of living space, including 2,889 square feet under air. West and east-facing terraces are furnished with light-toned occasional chairs and a dining set. The great room and owner’s bedroom open to a terrace that includes a gas grill.

Graham’s palette features ocean blues and subtle greys. The foyer showcases a white console and mirror, and a wall with a metallic silver and grey patterned wall covering. Furnishings in the living area include a cream-toned sofa and four transitional chairs. Trim details encase a television console against a wall in a contrasting grey tone. Draperies in ocean blues and greys flank the room’s tall windows. The dining room’s drop-ceiling detail centers a transitional chrome and white chandelier. The dining table is finished in white and surrounded by transitional chairs. A serving table and mirror are centered against the dining room’s niche wall.

The owner’s bedroom features a king-sized bed flanked by nightstands, a dresser, and a side chair. The bedding and draperies are finished in blues and greys. In the owner’s bath, the walls feature a rich metallic wall covering. A crystal chandelier is centered in a tray ceiling. Oversized accessories complete the look.

Priced at $1,130,000, the furnished, 2,889 square foot 402 residence offers screened and unscreened terraces totaling 464 square feet. The three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, great room plan’s kitchen includes an immense island. The great room opens to a screened terrace with a gas grill. A dining area includes a niche wall that accommodates a furniture piece and artwork. Graham has created a transitional design that conveys a Florida flair. White and light driftwood tones play against ceramic wood-look flooring.

Priced at $1,975,000 with furnishings, the 2,889 square foot 1802 residence offers terraces totaling 464 square feet. The three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, great room plan’s kitchen includes a large island. The great room opens to a screened terrace with a gas grill. A dining area includes a niche wall that accommodates a furniture piece and accessories. Graham has created a casual, sophisticated transitional design. Grey walls are accented with grey, teal, and cream, and a mix of driftwood and polished nickel. The furnishings present soft contemporary fabrics. Flooring in the living areas is modeled driftwood tile.

Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors designed the furnished 306 residence that offers 3,421 square feet plus 1,460 square feet of outdoor terrace space. Priced at $1,645,000, the 306 residence includes three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, an island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby. The design features an optional fireplace and a dry bar with wine storage while showcasing a timeless style with a contemporary edge. The color palette is based on cool matte blue grays. The flooring is a warm wood tone with handsome coffered ceiling details. The wall tones in the living areas are clean gray.
