The Ronto Group announced Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors International’s Susan Bleda, ASID, Interior Designer Rachelle Porco, Interior Designer Monica Meissner, and Cynthia Bradford, ASID have been chosen to select the furnishings for two new models at Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. The new models will be completed and available for purchase later this summer. Three already completed furnished models are available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only.
Bleda and Porco are specifying the furnishings for the 1604 tower residence model that is priced at $1,995,000. The great room floor plan offers three bedrooms, a den, and three-and-a-half baths with 3,088 square feet under air and an additional 485 square feet of outdoor terrace space. The plan features a private elevator lobby and a wide foyer with a gallery hallway leading to a living area that takes full advantage of the spectacular views that are the Seaglass tower’s hallmark. Two banks of large sliders encompass the entire west wall of the great room and open to a screened terrace overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The owner’s suite also opens to the screened terrace. A perfectly sized island kitchen flows into a dining area adjacent to the great room. Both guest suites also open to a terrace.
The 1604 model’s color palette will have universal appeal and includes off-white, parchment like neutral backgrounds with variations of blue and driftwood grey accents. The palette will be complimented by metallic and organic tones and finishes that will be found throughout the home. The residence’s flooring will be sandy toned 24 x 24-inch porcelain tile. Bleda and Porco have selected furnishings that will evoke immediate thoughts of the Gulf, the inspiration for the home’s interior design.
Meissner and Bradford are furnishing the 2,889 square feet under air tower residence 1805 model. The floor plan also offers one screened and one unscreened terrace totaling an additional 464 square feet. Priced at $1,950,000, the model’s three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, great room plan features tall windows with impact rated glass and sills just 18-inches off the floor. The double-door entry from the private elevator foyer opens to a gallery hallway that provides an immediate see-through view. The plan’s centrally located kitchen includes an immense island. The on-the-view great room opens to the screened terrace that includes a gas grill. Adjacent to the great room, a large dining area includes a deep niche wall that will accommodate a furniture piece and treasured art selections. As is the case with each of the tower residence floor plans, walk-in closets are included throughout the home. Meissner and Bradford have created a neutral look with emphasis on form and texture. Their selections will have a timeless, classic and sophisticated quality that evokes a sense of calm that is in harmony with the Southwest Florida lifestyle.
