Residents Only Beach Park Enhances Value of Seaglass at Bonita Bay

With over $148 million in sales already processed and construction on-schedule for completion this summer, luxury homebuyer traffic and sales continue to expand at the award-winning Ronto Group’s Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower within the Bonita Bay community. Bonita Bay’s beach park is an especially popular attraction. In a resident survey, the beach park was named the most popular amenity used weekly by over 50% of residents and was also named the most valued amenity by over 80% of homeowners. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach park is on Little Hickory Island, just 10 to 15 minutes from Bonita Bay’s entrance on U.S. Highway 41. Residents and their guests may enjoy swimming, sunning, shelling, bird watching, and surf-fishing at this attended park surrounded by the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms with infant changing stations are provided for residents in a setting landscaped with native beachfront vegetation. Personal chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items are welcomed.

Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the beach park offers free parking. Between November 15th and April 30th, parking is available to residents only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Resident windshield decals are required. For added convenience, a winter season shuttle bus travels from the Bonita Bay main property to the beach park. Residents are encouraged to use the shuttle service. When the winter parking restrictions are in place, all guests using the park must utilize the shuttle bus. The bus travels a scheduled route within Bonita Bay along Country Club Drive, Bonita Bay Boulevard, and Riverwalk Way. Bus stops are marked with informational signs and park benches. The bus is equipped with storage racks for beach chairs, coolers, and other personal items. For passengers with special needs, the bus is wheelchair accessible.

Once at the beach, residents and their guests will enjoy Southwest Florida’s hallmark Gulf views and spectacular sunsets. Reservations for portions of the beach park are available. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pavilion and not on the beach itself in accordance with a Lee County ordinance. Pets and motorized watercraft such as water scooters, wave runners, and jet skis are not permitted.

In addition to the amenities available to future residents of Seaglass through the Bonita Bay community and the Bonita Bay Club, the Seaglass tower’s two-story entry lobby will lead to a second-floor news café and connect to an award-winning amenity complex previously designed by building architect Santiesteban & Associates. An array of amenities already in place includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill.

Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans at Seaglass range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air and are priced from the low $1 million’s. The spacious tower residences will include dual private elevator grand foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.

The designer-selected finishes on display at the Seaglass Design Studio located within the Seaglass Sales Center at 26951 Country Club Drive within Bonita Bay are ideally suited to the open concept living spaces and amenity rich ambiance at Seaglass. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows future residents to visit the Design Studio and select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors.
