During the winter months between November 15th and April 30th, parking is available to residents only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Resident windshield decals are required. For an added measure of convenience, a winter season shuttle bus traveling from the Bonita Bay main property to the beach park. Residents are encouraged to use the shuttle service and when the winter parking restrictions are in place, all guests using the park must utilize the shuttle bus. The bus travels a scheduled route within Bonita Bay along Country Club Drive, Bonita Bay Boulevard, and Riverwalk Way. Bus stops are marked with informational signs and park benches. The bus is equipped with storage racks for beach chairs, coolers, and other personal items. For passengers with special needs, the bus is wheelchair accessible.
Once at the beach, residents and their guests will enjoy Southwest Florida’s hallmark Gulf views and spectacular sunsets. Reservations for portions of the beach park are available. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pavilion and not on the beach itself in accordance with a Lee County ordinance. Pets and motorized watercraft such as water scooters, wave runners, and jet skis are not permitted.

Bleda, ASID and Rachelle Porco are creating the interior for the 804 tower residence. The spacious 3,088 square feet floor plan includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a den, an open great room, dining area, and island kitchen, terrace space totaling 485 square feet, and a private elevator foyer.
Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP of Renee Gaddis Interiors is creating the interior for tower residence 306. The tower residence 306 plan offers 3,421 square feet and 525 square feet of covered terrace space. The great room plan includes three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, an island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby.
Laurie Walter and Diana Hall, IDS are creating the interior for tower residence 605. The 2,889 square feet under air floor plan includes 464 square feet of covered terrace space, including a terrace that will host a grill zone, and outdoor dining and conversation areas. A gourmet kitchen features a large island with barstool seating. The great room will showcase an optional fireplace and multiple seating areas.
