The 01 and 06 great room plan features open-concept living areas. Double-doors open from the private elevator foyer to reveal a view of the Gulf. Sliders in the great room provide a transition to the screened terrace that includes a gas grill. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, great room plan features windows with sills just 18-inches off the floor. The entry from the elevator foyer opens to a gallery hallway providing a see-through view. The plan’s kitchen includes an immense island. The great room opens to a screened terrace with a gas grill. This plan features a gallery hallway leading from the elevator lobby that takes advantage of the views provided by banks of sliders encompassing the west wall of the great room and opening to a screened terrace. The owner’s suite also opens to the screened terrace. An island kitchen flows into a dining area adjacent to the great room. Both guest suites open to a terrace.

Ronto finished the remaining tower residences in finish packages and color schemes selected by interior designer Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors. Gaddis created three on-trend designs. The first design is anchored by a palette featuring shades of grey. The wall tones are soft grey presented against plank-style wood-look tile flooring in the living areas and on the terraces. Off-white kitchen countertops with grey speckles contrast darker grey cabinetry and brushed nickel hardware. The cabinetry and counter surfaces are repeated in the owner’s bath where off-white tile flooring includes soft grey veining.

Gaddis’ second design features neutral cream tones. Light wall tones bring softness to the look and play against creamy tile flooring in the living areas. The den showcases medium-toned wood flooring. In the kitchen, Gaddis selected creamy cabinetry with a uniquely shaped inset topped with cream-toned counters with speckled accents and brushed nickel hardware. The owner’s bath features dark-toned cabinetry, off-white countertops, and ultra-soft cream tile flooring and shower walls.

The third package includes Shark-colored wall tones with semi-gloss white trim. Flooring in the living areas is 24 by 24-inch Bianco Coveland tile. Wood flooring is featured in the den. The kitchen showcases white cabinetry against quartz countertops with an eased edge. The owner’s bedroom is carpeted. The owner’s bath features 24 by 24-inch tile flooring, as well as 12 by 24-inch tile shower walls, six by six-inch tile shower flooring, cabinetry with a Cape Cod finish, and white marble countertops with an eased edge. The bath includes a soaking tub and polished chrome hardware.
