The Ronto Group announced that a total of just 10 of the 01 and 06 end unit tower residences remain available at the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower being built by Ronto within the award-winning Bonita Bay community. The total includes two south-facing 01 residences and eight north-facing 06 residences. The spacious, thoughtfully designed 01 and 06 tower residence floor plans offer 3,421 square feet under air and 525 square feet of outdoor covered terrace space. The open great room plan includes three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, a large island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby. The two remaining 01 residences are on floors three and four. The eight remaining 06 residences are on floors three through seven and 14 through 16.
Seaglass will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans at Seaglass range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air and are priced from just over $1 million.
Future residents are encouraged to visit the Seaglass Design Studio located within the Seaglass Sales Center at 26951 Country Club Drive within Bonita Bay to make their finish selections. With construction well underway, opportunities to specify preferred finishes will become progressively limited. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows future residents to visit the Design Studio and select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. To ensure each residence is finished to each owner’s specific tastes, future residents may also specify finishes from other sources. Construction of the highly anticipated Seaglass tower is on schedule for completion in summer, 2018.
The 01 and 06 residences showcase the light-filled open concept floor plans that are a Seaglass hallmark. From the elevator, a spacious private lobby will provide a grand note of welcome. Double doors will open to the home’s foyer that serves as a gateway to the sweeping expanse of the kitchen, dining room, and great room. The kitchen will present a fresh clean aura and include a large island. The dining area between the kitchen and the great room will comfortably accommodate a dining table with seating for eight. Optional features in the great room include a linear fireplace and a dry bar. From the great room, pocketing sliders will open to a wide terrace where the owners will enjoy the amazing views and a fabulous al fresco Florida lifestyle. This generous space will accommodate a grill zone with a large dining table and chairs for six people as well as a conversation lounge area.
From the great room, a short hallway will lead to the lavish owner’s suite where the home’s restful ambiance will continue. Sliding glass doors will open to the terrace. A hallway past two generous walk-in closets will lead to the spacious owner’s bathroom. The bathroom will include an impressive shower, free-standing tub and ample space for a dressing ottoman.
Past the kitchen, a hallway will lead to the den and two guest suites. The den can function as a second gathering area and provide a lounging retreat space for cozy relaxation and television viewing. The two spacious guest suites will each feature a private bathroom and offer a private terrace.
With the rare combination of the building’s captivating tower floor plan choices, various Bonita Bay Club membership opportunities, and Bonita Bay’s amenity-rich lifestyle, Seaglass is redefining the luxury high-rise living experience in Southwest Florida. Recognized as one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions, Bonita Bay’s amenities range from a completed 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center, to five championship golf courses, expanded tennis facilities, a full service marina, numerous dining venues, a residents only private beach park, and a network of on-property hiking and biking trails. The prestigious America’s Healthiest Clubs award presented by Prevo Health Solutions is conveyed only to private clubs focused on the cultivation of a healthy environment and lifestyle for its members and staff. The new Lifestyle Center contributed to the Bonita Bay Club being named recipient of the award. The three-story Lifestyle Center includes a nearly 20,000 square feet world-class Fitness Center, a 9,000 square feet spa and salon, and the WAVE Café that serves healthy fast food, freshly made organic juices, and smoothies that can be enjoyed on-site or prepared to go.
Three on-property Bonita Bay West golf courses were designed by Arthur Hills. The three courses achieved Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status in 1995. Two Tom Fazio designed courses at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples provide a pure golf experience on over 1,000 acres that includes preserved wetlands but no residential development. It was the first private 36-hole club in the world to achieve certification through the Audubon International’s Signature Program and has been designated as a Certified Signature Sanctuary since 1998.
A re-arrangement and slight expansion of Bonita Bay’s 18-court tennis complex was completed last December and included the addition of an exhibition court and two oversized courts. Next summer, the 10,000 square feet building that formerly housed the community’s fitness center and spa will be transformed into a tennis clubhouse with casual dining and an indoor/outdoor bar. The space will include a tennis pro shop, locker rooms, a stretching room, multi-function rooms, and a relaxing lobby area. Nano doors will open the entire space to the outdoors and the new exhibition court. Café style seating will be available outside.
The availability of a full-service on-site marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico allows Bonita Bay residents to enjoy every aspect of Southwest Florida’s tropical lifestyle. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Charts, bait, tackle, and other items are available at the Ships Store.
Bonita Bay’s residents only beach park is on Little Hickory Island, just 10 to 15 minutes from the community. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms equipped with infant changing stations are provided for residents in a setting landscaped with native beachfront vegetation. Personal chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items are welcomed. Residents also enjoy Bonita Bay’s twelve mile network of on-property biking and hiking paths that weave through the community’s lush tropical setting. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers additional recreational possibilities.
Bonita Bay offers a diverse array of dining choices. The Club’s traditional dining area incorporates a 40-feet long buffet station that enhances the visual appeal of the dining room and contributes to a more efficient diner flow and service fulfillment. The 55th Hole is an approximately 3,500 square feet high-end casual bar experience that capitalizes on both the interior space and the immediately surrounding areas to create a captivating indoor/outdoor venue that includes the largest fire pit in the State of Florida. Backwater Jack’s, a relaxing waterfront dining and lounge experience at the Bonita Bay Marina, is a favored gathering place for the community’s boater enthusiasts.
