Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors created a distinctive design for the Seaglass tower’s common areas that has multi-generational appeal while providing a warm note of welcome. Her color palette includes neutral whites, cerused wood accents, veined tone-on-tone neutral quartzite slabs, and a stunning iridescent glass mosaic feature wall. The look combines a mix of design styles. The driftwood-like cerused wood in medium and slightly darker brown and grey tones combines with subtle sea glass accents throughout the space to convey a coastal feeling. Oversized furnishings with classic styles and shapes create a sense of comfort for the building’s residents while providing a timeless feeling that will serve the interior space for years to come.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor includes a news café and connects to an award-winning amenity complex designed by architect Santiesteban & Associates.
