The 905-floor plan offers a total of 3,353 square feet of living space with 2,899 square feet under air. The plan includes a private elevator lobby, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a big island kitchen, a nicely sized dining area, and a great room with magnificent long-range water and sunset views. Bradford has created a study in one of the two guest bedrooms. Ten-foot ceilings are featured, except where dropped. Bradford furnished the 905 residence to create a modern beach house aesthetic. Priced at $1,850,000 with furnishings, the unit’s neutral color palette includes beiges, creams, whites, and taupes that play against porcelain plank tile flooring with a wood look. The palette is accented with sea glass tones and metals in gold and silver.
Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors created a distinctive design for the Seaglass tower’s common areas that has multi-generational appeal while providing a warm note of welcome. Her color palette includes neutral whites, cerused wood accents, veined tone-on-tone neutral quartzite slabs, and a stunning iridescent glass mosaic feature wall. The look combines a mix of design styles. The driftwood-like cerused wood in medium and slightly darker brown and grey tones combines with subtle sea glass accents throughout the space to convey a coastal feeling. Oversized furnishings with classic styles and shapes create a sense of comfort for the building’s residents while providing a timeless feeling that will serve the interior space for years to come.
The Seaglass tower’s second floor includes a news café and connects to an award-winning amenity complex designed by architect Santiesteban & Associates. An array of amenities includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana with a bar and grill.
Gaddis also specified the furnishings and finishes for Ronto’s spectacular rooftop amenity deck on the building’s 28th level that will allow Seaglass residents to fully enjoy Southwest Florida’s world renown sunsets, to gather with neighbors for a beverage, and to have barbeques with family members and friends.
