In addition to enjoying luxurious, fully completed tower and penthouse residences, the residents of the award-winning Ronto Group’s Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower will relish the amenity rich, world-class lifestyle that continues to make Bonita Bay one of Southwest Florida’s most desirable communities. Casual and fine dining, boating, biking and hiking trails, kayaking and canoeing, tennis, a fitness center and spa, a private beach park, and five of Southwest Florida’s premier golf courses are all part of life at Bonita Bay. The master planned, gated community is celebrated for its environmental stewardship, award-winning landscaping, and creative land use, including three waterfront parks and 1,400 acres of open space.
In addition to attractions found throughout the community, the renowned amenities of the Bonita Bay Club will be available to residents of Seaglass. The Club recently completed a significant renovation of its 50,000 square-foot clubhouse and is in the process of completing a one-of-a-kind Lifestyle Center that offers a comprehensive approach to enjoying a healthy, active, well-rounded lifestyle. The three-story, approximately 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center will be in the Promenade complex adjacent to the Bonita Bay community and overlooks the first hole of the Creekside golf course, one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses. The first-floor lobby of the building features a soaring two-story atrium. Visitors will be greeted by a Concierge. A luxurious 9,000 square feet spa and full service salon, and a spacious multi-purpose room are located on the first floor.
The Lifestyle Center’s spa will be overseen by Kellie Campoamor, the former Spa Director at the Marco Island Marriott Resort. The spa and salon have been designed to provide an unparalleled experience. The interior design was inspired by the color and luster of pearls. Seven treatment rooms, including a couple’s treatment room, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms and wet areas with dedicated steam, sauna, and whirlpool rooms, relaxation rooms, a coed hair styling area, and a dedicated barber shop are all featured. Traditional men’s and ladies’ locker facilities and showers are also included.
Accessed by either an elevator or a floating staircase with glass side rails, the second floor is nearly 20,000 square feet and completely dedicated to a Fitness Center and Fitness Café. To say the Lifestyle Center’s fitness facilities are world-class is an understatement. Simply put, the Fitness Center overseen by Fitness Director Tammy Mugavero will be the premier Technogym facility in the United States. The Italian made, Technogym equipment will include cardiovascular, strength, functional fitness, and kinesis machines. In addition to its use of the latest fitness technology, the Center’s focus on functional fitness is designed to strengthen and enhance well rounded conditioning. The Technogym functional fitness equipment works on a 360-degree range of motion platform rather than a dedicated linear range of motion. In addition to the open spaces for the cardiovascular, strength, functional fitness, and kinesis machines, the Fitness Center will also include dedicated rooms for group fitness, spin, Pilates, and Gyrotonics, as well as a dedicated golf training studio. Men’s and ladies’ locker rooms will include full shower facilities.
The Lifestyle Center’s Fitness Café will serve healthy fast food, freshly made juices, and smoothies that can be enjoyed on-site or prepared to go. Menu selections are expected to include salads, rice bowls, pressed sandwiches and wraps, and a variety of protein selections such as salmon, steamed chicken, grilled lean beef, and protein alternatives for vegetarians. An assortment of freshly made toppings will be available.
In keeping with the mission of the Center, the third floor will include tenants who provide services that are lifestyle focused, including traditional medical specialties, integrative functional medicine providers, and firms providing financial related services. In addition to providing an additional measure of convenience for Bonita Bay Club members, the tenants also help defray the building’s operational expenses.
Nature and fitness enthusiasts will enjoy Bonita Bay’s twelve mile network of on-property biking and hiking paths that weave through the community’s lush tropical setting. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers additional recreational possibilities. For those who prefer the beach, bus transportation is provided to a private Bonita Bay beach park complete with picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas just minutes away on Little Hickory Island. Bonita Bay also features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. The full-service Bonita Bay Marina is located on the Imperial River at the south end of Estero Bay and provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Backwater Jack’s, a waterfront restaurant and bar, serves lunch, as well a bar menu, dinner, and libations daily in season.
The Bonita Bay golf experience is legendary. Three Arthur Hills designed courses wind their way through the 2,400 acre Bonita Bay community and gracefully complement the surrounding pristine natural setting that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Two additional courses designed by esteemed golf course architect Tom Fazio are located at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples. Both of the Fazio courses offer a pure golf experience and are set against a stunning natural tableau with no residential development.
