Bonita Bay Club’s Lifestyle Center To Be Available to Seaglass Residents

In addition to a previously completed award-winning amenity complex, and to attractions found throughout the community, the amenities of the Bonita Bay Club will be available to residents of the Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower through full golf and sports membership opportunities. The 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass tower is being built by The Ronto Group within Bonita Bay. Sales contracts worth over $148 million have been processed and the building is more than 70% sold. Construction is on schedule for completion this summer.

Designated a Distinguished Emerald Club by Boardroom Magazine, the Bonita Bay Club’s Lifestyle Center that includes a Fitness Center, a spa and salon, and the Wave Café, is the centerpiece of community’s amenity offering. The Lifestyle Center contributed to Bonita Bay being recognized as one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions. The prestigious America’s Healthiest Clubs award is conveyed to private clubs focused on the cultivation of a healthy environment and lifestyle.

The three-story, 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center is situated in the Promenade complex adjacent to the Bonita Bay community. The first-floor lobby features a two-story atrium. Visitors are greeted by a Concierge. A 9,000 square feet spa and full-service salon, and a spacious multi-purpose room are located on the first floor.

The Lifestyle Center’s spa and salon provide an unparalleled experience. The interior design was inspired by the color and luster of pearls. Seven treatment rooms, including a couple’s treatment room, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms and wet areas with dedicated steam, sauna, and whirlpool rooms, relaxation rooms, a coed hair styling area, and a dedicated barber shop are all featured. Locker facilities and showers are also included.

Accessed by either an elevator or a floating staircase, the second floor is nearly 20,000 square feet and dedicated to a Fitness Center and Wave Café. The Fitness Center is the premier Technogym facility in the United States. The Italian made, Technogym equipment includes cardiovascular, strength, functional fitness, and kinesis machines. The Center’s focus on functional fitness is designed to strengthen and enhance well rounded conditioning. The Fitness Center also includes rooms for group fitness, spin, Pilates, and Gyrotonics, as well as a golf training studio. Locker rooms feature full shower facilities.

The Lifestyle Center’s Wave Café serves healthy fast food, freshly made juices, and smoothies that can be enjoyed on-site or prepared to go. Menu selections include salads, rice bowls, pressed sandwiches and wraps, and a variety of protein selections such as salmon, steamed chicken, grilled lean beef, and protein alternatives for vegetarians. An assortment of freshly made toppings are available.

The Center’s third floor includes tenants who provide services that are lifestyle focused, including traditional medical specialties, integrative functional medicine providers, and firms providing financial related services. In addition to providing a measure of convenience for Bonita Bay Club members, the tenants also help defray the building’s operational expenses.

The Bonita Bay Club’s amenities provide an unparalleled country club experience. Three on-property Bonita Bay West courses were designed by Arthur Hills to preserve and enhance the natural features of the land. The three courses achieved Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status in 1995. Two Tom Fazio designed courses at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples provide a pure golf experience on over 1,000 acres that includes preserved wetlands but no residential development. It was the first private 36-hole club in the world to achieve certification through the Audubon International’s Signature Program and has been designated as a Certified Signature Sanctuary since 1998.

Bonita Bay’s residents-only beach park is on Little Hickory Island just 10 to 15 minutes from the community. Residents and their guests enjoy swimming, sunning, shelling, bird watching, and surf-fishing at this attended park surrounded by the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms equipped with infant changing stations are provided for residents in a setting landscaped with native beachfront vegetation. Personal beach items are welcomed. Residents also enjoy Bonita Bay’s twelve-mile network of on-property biking and hiking paths and a kayaking and canoeing lodge.

An on-site marina with access to the Gulf of Mexico allows Bonita Bay residents to fully enjoy Southwest Florida’s tropical lifestyle. The Bonita Bay Marina is located on the Imperial River at the south end of Estero Bay, just minutes from the waters of the Gulf. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services.

Bonita Bay Club’s new Tennis and Aquatic Center is expected to open early in 2018. The Club is building a 8,000-square foot Sports Center between the tennis complex and the aquatic area. The Sports Center will include a tennis pro shop with a professional staff, racquet services, a tennis retail shop, and a relaxing lobby area as well as dedicated men’s and ladies’ tennis locker rooms.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor will connect to a completed amenity complex. Amenities already in place include a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fitness facility featuring men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered cabana that includes a bar and grill.

Three furnished Seaglass models are completed and available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only.
