With its 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay on schedule for completion this summer, The Ronto Group announced it is finishing the building’s remaining tower residences in high-end finish packages and color schemes selected by award-winning interior designer Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors. Seaglass features fully-completed residences with premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Three furnished models are open for viewing with a sales associate. Each residence includes two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages are available. Three open-concept tower floor plans range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet and are priced from the low $1 million’s. The tower residences will include dual private elevator foyers, island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
Acknowledged as a place where residents and nature connect, Bonita Bay’s stewardship of the land is legendary. A respect for nature and its preservation guided the community’s design. More than half of Bonita Bay’s acreage was set aside for natural areas and open space, and residential neighborhoods were sited to take advantage of views of nature without impacting it. The result is a decidedly different community that embraces the unspoiled natural beauty of Southwest Florida.
