Concrete on the 20th floor has been poured and construction of The Ronto Group’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower within Bonita Bay remains on schedule for completion just 11 months from now. Ronto expects the building to top-off in October. With the project progressing as planned, Ronto announced three furnished Seaglass models are expected to be open for viewing in fourth quarter of this year. Ronto selected Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda ASID and Rachelle Porco to create the interior for the Seaglass 804 tower residence model, Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors for tower residence 306, and Cinnabar Design’s Diana Hall, ASID and Laurie Walter, ASID for the tower residence 605 model. The model interiors will include finishes now on display at the Seaglass Design Studio located at the Seaglass Sales Center at 26951 Country Club Drive in Bonita Bay. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows future residents to visit the Design Studio and select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. To ensure each residence is finished to each owner’s specific tastes, future residents may also specify finishes from other sources. With construction progressing rapidly, opportunities to select finishes will become progressively limited.

Seaglass is situated just 600 feet from Estero Bay, making it one of the closest to the water’s edge of the high-rises currently under construction on Southwest Florida’s Gulf coast. All new open-concept floor plans with tall ceilings take full advantage of spectacular mangrove, water, and sunset views. At the same time, Ronto has eschewed the traditional high-rise builder practice of providing decorator ready residences that require additional time and investment prior to completion. Seaglass offers brand new, fully-completed, and ready-for-occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master baths of the residences will reflect the contemporary flair found in the architectural style of the building. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.
