Seaglass Models Scheduled to Open 4th Quarter This Year

Concrete on the 20th floor has been poured and construction of The Ronto Group’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower within Bonita Bay remains on schedule for completion just 11 months from now. Ronto expects the building to top-off in October. With the project progressing as planned, Ronto announced three furnished Seaglass models are expected to be open for viewing in fourth quarter of this year. Ronto selected Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda ASID and Rachelle Porco to create the interior for the Seaglass 804 tower residence model, Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors for tower residence 306, and Cinnabar Design’s Diana Hall, ASID and Laurie Walter, ASID for the tower residence 605 model. The model interiors will include finishes now on display at the Seaglass Design Studio located at the Seaglass Sales Center at 26951 Country Club Drive in Bonita Bay. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows future residents to visit the Design Studio and select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. To ensure each residence is finished to each owner’s specific tastes, future residents may also specify finishes from other sources. With construction progressing rapidly, opportunities to select finishes will become progressively limited.

Ronto’s Seaglass Tower Expected To Top-Off In October

The award-winning Ronto Group announced that construction of the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower being built by Ronto within Bonita Bay is expected to top-off in October. Concrete for the 20th level has been poured and a new floor is being poured every two weeks. The building remains on schedule for completion just 11 months from now. Ronto also expects to have fully-furnished designer decorated models open by fourth quarter of this year. Sales contracts worth more than $130 million have been processed. The building is now more than 60% sold.
