As evidenced by the more than $90 million in binding and pending sales contracts already processed, luxury homebuyers continue to be attracted to the unique value afforded by The Ronto Group’s Seaglass high-rise tower now under construction at Bonita Bay. Situated nearly 250 feet from its closest neighboring building, residences in the luxurious 26-floor, 120-unit tower are priced substantially lower by comparison. At the same time, rather than providing decorator ready residences that require additional time and investment prior to completion, Seaglass will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.
Acknowledged as a place where residents and nature connect, Bonita Bay’s stewardship of the land is legendary. A respect for nature guided the community’s design. More than half of Bonita Bay’s acreage was set aside for natural areas and open space, and neighborhoods were sited to take advantage of views of nature. Specimen trees, wildlife habitat, and natural wetlands were preserved. In addition to reptiles, amphibians, fish, and small mammals, Bonita Bay is home to a pair of nesting bald eagles. The eagles have thrived at Bonita Bay, producing more than 30 fledglings since 1977.
With binding and pending sales contracts worth more than $90 million already processed and construction now underway, the future residents of the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high rise tower being built by The Ronto Group within Bonita Bay are looking forward to enjoying the community’s award-winning lifestyle. With various membership opportunities, the future residents of Seaglass will have a diverse array of on-property dining and lounge choices.
The award-winning Ronto Group announced it will begin construction of its highly anticipated 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high rise tower within Bonita Bay this coming Monday, April 4th. The tower will be built by the team of BCBE Construction and Stiles Construction. Site preparation, including clearing and grading, the installation of construction fencing and an onsite office, and the driving and evaluation of test pilings, was completed in March. With the start of construction, the remainder of the building’s 800 pilings will be driven followed by piling cap and foundation element work. Ronto anticipates construction taking approximately 26 months with completion expected by summer 2018.
