Seaglass at Bonita Bay Sales Approach $70 Million

With the completion of the Bonita Bay Club’s new Lifestyle Center that includes a world-class fitness center, spa, and salon, sales activity at the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower to be built by The Ronto Group within Bonita Bay continues to surge. Jeff DeAngelis, Seaglass sales associate of the month, processed six contracts in the last six weeks, pushing the total value of contracts processed thus far to just under $70 million. The Lifestyle Center contributed to Bonita Bay being recognized as one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions. The Club has also announced plans for enhancements to its 18-court tennis facility and the construction of a resort-style pool complex.

“Lifestyle and amenities are prime considerations for luxury homebuyers in Southwest Florida,” said Ronto’s Director of Marketing Kathy Miller who was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2015 Marketing Director of the Year Sand Dollar Award. “With the opening of the Lifestyle Center, Bonita Bay has set a new standard for amenities within a gated golf course community. Residents enjoy an active, health oriented lifestyle that holds tremendous appeal within the current luxury home market.”

The Bonita Bay community features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience.

In addition to the Lifestyle Center, residents at Seaglass will enjoy casual and fine dining, biking and hiking trails, kayaking and canoeing, a private beach park for Bonita Bay residents only, boating, and five of Southwest Florida’s premier golf courses. Bonita Bay’s network of on-property biking and hiking paths weave through the community. Bus transportation is provided to a private Bonita Bay residents only beach park complete with picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas on Little Hickory Island.

Bonita Bay features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. The marina is located on the Imperial River at the south end of Estero Bay and provides direct access to the Gulf. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Backwater Jack’s, a waterfront restaurant and bar, serves lunch, as well a bar menu, dinner, and libations in season.

Three Arthur Hills designed courses wind their way through the Bonita Bay community and complement the surrounding pristine natural setting that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Two additional courses designed by golf course architect Tom Fazio are located at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples. Both of the Fazio courses offer a pure golf experience and are set against a stunning natural tableau with no residential development.

A clubhouse renovation included converting the golf shop into a 4,700-square foot open-air bar and grille. The location provides spectacular views. The 55th Hole lounge has glass walls that slide away and an outdoor area with wraparound terraces where a log fire pit serves as a focal point. Eight 60-inch television screens are incorporated into a ceiling-mounted structure suspended over the center bar. The media wall can function as one or four screens.
