Seaglass at Bonita Bay Condominium

The Ronto Group will begin converting reservations to contracts by the end of January at the Seaglass at Bonita Bay luxury high-rise tower to be built within the Bonita Bay community.

With the project’s condominium documents now approved, the award-winning Ronto Group anticipates beginning the Seaglass at Bonita Bay reservation to contract conversion process in January of 2015.

The award-winning Ronto Group announced the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes, has approved the Seaglass at Bonita Bay Condominium project application. The 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass luxury high-rise tower to be built by Ronto within the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium quality finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The Naples-based developer and Wheelock Street Capital acquired the final two high-rise tower parcels at Bonita Bay late last year.

The approval of the project application, along with the November 26 approval of the Seaglass Initial Statement of Record Filing by the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau, Interstate Land Sales Division, permits Ronto to convert the Seaglass project’s reservations to contracts. Ronto anticipates beginning the contract conversion process in January of 2015.

Residents of Seaglass will not only enjoy spacious, open tower and penthouse residences that offer spectacular views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, but also the world-class amenities and lifestyle only available at Bonita Bay. The fully-completed, ready for occupancy Seaglass residences will feature designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master bath areas of the residences will reflect the new type of contemporary flair that renowned high-rise tower architect Santiesteban & Associates has brought to the architectural style of the building. Each residence will come with two protected access, under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.

The spectacular Seaglass penthouse residences are priced from $2.5 million and offer approximately 4,600 square feet of air conditioned space with a private elevator foyer, a large great room, spacious gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, or four bedrooms plus a den and four-and-a-half baths. Ceiling heights of 10-feet eight-inches or 11-feet four-inches are included per plan. Several of the penthouse residences feature especially inviting expanded outdoor spaces with exceptionally large terraces and a gas grill. Two private rooftop terraces will be enjoyed by the residents of the penthouses on the building’s uppermost floor.

Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air are priced from $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include private elevator foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets, and multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.

The ready for occupancy tower residences at Seaglass feature an outstanding array of premium quality standard finishes specified by the award-winning Renee Gaddis Interiors. Large scale porcelain tile will be included in the living areas, including the den per plan. The kitchens will showcase frameless construction, full overlay cabinetry with 42” upper cabinets and a variety of door profiles, finish selections, and hardware. Quartz and granite counter surfaces will provide generous food preparation areas. Premium quality kitchen appliance packages will be standard in every residence. Optional gas cooking is available, a rarity in high-rise living environments. Bathrooms throughout the residences will feature full overlay vanity cabinetry with marble countertops. The owner’s bath will include a soaking tub per plan, as well as a make-up vanity, a frameless glass shower enclosure, and separate water closets. Large walk-in closets are featured throughout each residence.

The Seaglass tower’s two-story lobby will offer a grand place of entry. The lobby’s reception desk will be executed in a simple transitional design with a contemporary clean-veined tone-on-tone neutral quartzite slab on the front and the sides wrapped by cerused dark grey-brown wood. The wall behind the desk will be clad with the same cerused wood to create a contemporary panel look with simple recesses rather than traditional applied moldings. In the center panel of the wall, stainless steel letters with backlighting will spell out Seaglass.

The lobby’s magnificent two-story feature wall will extend behind a beautiful floating stairwell with a simple glass railing and cerused wood handrail that will also be included on a second floor catwalk. The stair risers will match the flooring and be complemented by dark wood treads. The feature wall will be executed in an iridescent sea glass mosaic tile accented with a clear glass grout and lighting on all four sides. The lighting will add drama to the presentation. The spectacular feature wall will be flanked by marble columns. Each side of the feature wall will be clad with the dark cerused wood to create a contemporary paneled look with small recessed horizontal spaces that will present four of the acrylic abstract photographic art pieces.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor will connect to a spectacular, award-winning amenity complex previously designed by Santiesteban. An expansive array of amenities already in place includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered cabana that includes a bar and grill.

In addition to the attractions available at the amenity complex, The Bonita Bay community features an onsite marina offering a relaxing dining and lounge experience. Twelve miles of on-property hiking trails and a kayaking and canoeing lodge offer additional recreational possibilities. For those who prefer the beach, bus transportation is provided to a private beach club complete with picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas just minutes away on Little Hickory Island. The world-class amenities of the Bonita Bay Club, including three on-site and two off-site golf courses, will also be available to residents of the new Seaglass tower. The Club recently completed an $11 million renovation of its 50,000 square-foot clubhouse and a spectacular new Lifestyle Center is scheduled for completion next spring.

The Naples-based Ronto Group’s expertise is showcased in an expanding number of successful communities in Southwest Florida. Wheelock Street is Ronto’s capital partner on Naples Square, a new development with a walkable lifestyle that is changing how people live in downtown Naples, and the Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower.
