Ronto Now Accepting Purchase Agreements at Seaglass at Bonita Bay

Naples The Ronto Group announced it is now accepting purchase agreements for luxurious residences at the new Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower. Reservations worth more than $50 million for tower and penthouse residences at Ronto’s Seaglass tower are now being converted to binding contracts. The 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass tower to be built by Ronto within the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium quality finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The Naples-based developer and Wheelock Street Capital acquired the final two high-rise tower parcels at Bonita Bay late last year.

The luxurious penthouse residences at Seaglass are priced from $2.5 million and offer approximately 4,600 square feet of air conditioned space with a large great room, spacious gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, or four bedrooms plus a den and four-and-a-half baths. Ceiling heights of 10-feet eight-inches or 11-feet four-inches are included per plan. Several of the penthouse residences feature especially inviting expanded outdoor spaces with exceptionally large terraces, including two private rooftop terraces that will be enjoyed by the residents of the penthouses on the building’s uppermost floor.

Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air are priced from just over $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include private elevator foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets throughout the residence, and multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.

Each residence at Seaglass will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master bath areas of the residences will reflect the new type of contemporary flair that renowned high-rise tower architect Santiesteban & Associates has brought to the architectural style of the building.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor will include a news café and connect to a spectacular, award-winning amenity complex previously designed by Santiesteban & Associates. An expansive array of amenities already in place includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill. Preliminary plans for Seaglass include a rooftop amenity deck available to all residents.

Attractions both within the Bonita Bay community and available through the Bonita Bay Club will further contribute to the amenity-rich Seaglass lifestyle. Men’s and ladies’ locker rooms will include full shower facilities.

The Fitness Café will serve healthy food, freshly made juices, and smoothies. Menu selections are expected to include salads, rice bowls, pressed sandwiches and wraps, and protein selections such as salmon, steamed chicken, grilled lean beef, and protein alternatives for vegetarians. An assortment of freshly made toppings will be available.
