Ronto Creating Legacy In Southwest Florida

With a variety of distinctly different communities currently in development, the award-winning Ronto Group continues to create an impressive legacy within the luxury homebuyer market in Southwest Florida. From TwinEagles’ classic country club ambiance, to Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle that has transformed downtown Naples, the glittering Seaglass tower at Bonita Bay that has redefined the high-rise living experience, and the gated resort-style Naples Orange Blossom community, Ronto’s unique brand of luxury is shaping how people live in one of the most desirable locales in the world. A new project on Central Avenue in downtown Naples is in development. Ronto was named recipient of the Gold Award for Best Developer in the Naples Daily News’ 2016 People’s Choice Awards, an award indicative of the firm’s standing with discerning homebuyers.

When the real estate market collapsed in late 2008, growth at TwinEagles subsided substantially. In September, 2010, Ronto acquired TwinEagles and began the process of bringing renewed energy to the community. Ronto has focused on enhancing TwinEagles’ amenities, enrolling an outstanding group of Preferred Builders, and introducing new product offerings and neighborhoods that take advantage of TwinEagles’ natural setting. Under Ronto’s leadership, five neighborhoods have sold out, and three new neighborhoods have been introduced.

TwinEagles’ selection of luxury residences now ranges from carriage homes priced from the mid-$300’s to estate residences priced into the millions. After just 28 sales in Ronto’s first two years, things shifted dramatically in 2013 when 65 sales were processed. That was followed by 95 sales in 2014 and a similar number in 2015. In 2016, an astounding 184 new construction sales contracts worth $120,844,552 were processed. A tranquil natural setting, the multi-faceted product offering, and an array of world-class amenities, including two championship golf courses, continue to attract homebuyers. The 1,115-acre gated community was recognized by Boardroom magazine as a Distinguished Emerald Club. A golf membership is included with every newly constructed home at TwinEagles.

TwinEagles’ Talon Golf Course hosted the Chubb Classic PGA Champions Tour in February. The community’s Eagle Course was named “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine. A 47,000 square-foot clubhouse pays homage to St. Andrews where the game of golf was born. In addition to a golf pro shop, the Clubhouse offers an unparalleled dining experience created by the 2015 ACF President’s Medallion recipient Chef Chas Tatigian. The Clubhouse is complemented by a new community swimming pool and fitness center. The complex includes a 2,500 square foot pool with a spa, a zero-entry feature, and a sunning deck overlooking a lake. An outdoor lounge, dining venue, and lighted Har-Tru tennis courts are located adjacent to the pool. The 6,430 square foot fitness center includes locker rooms, areas for aerobics and yoga, as well as an expansive fitness hall.

At Naples Square, Ronto embraced the trend toward transforming downtown areas from serving as attractive destinations to places where people are fully engaged in every aspect of city life on a day-to-day basis. Rather than serving the more transient interests of those who live in outlying areas, this new form of urbanism presents an opportunity to live in a way that puts every aspect of life within walking distance, including dining, grocery shopping, retail stores, entertainment venues, theater, healthcare and specialty services. This type of walk-able lifestyle is especially attractive to Baby Boomers and retirees who put a premium on active, healthy living and convenience.

Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples and has transformed the look, feel, and functionality of the downtown district. The community’s walkable lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. The walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to generate strong sales and luxury homebuyer traffic. The Phase I and II buildings have been sold out and Phase III purchase agreements worth nearly $30 million have been processed. Ronto expects to start Phase III construction in fourth quarter of this year.

Ronto has announced plans for the Shoppes at Naples Square are actively being developed. The project will be a combination of retail and restaurant space that will be developed on the eastern edge of the Naples Square site. Ronto anticipates retail openings in 2019. In addition, Gulfshore Playhouse is poised to close on its purchase of a three-acre tract within Naples Square in mid-August and is developing plans for the construction of a multimillion-dollar 56,000 square feet complex that will include two theaters and an education wing to support programming for children, adults and families. The complex will serve as an ideal anchor for the Shoppes at Naples Square.

With more than $130 million in sales already processed and construction scheduled for completion in just 11 months, luxury homebuyer traffic and sales continue to expand at Ronto’s 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower within the Bonita Bay community that was named one of the ten healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions. With the rare combination of the building’s captivating tower floor plans, various Bonita Bay Club membership opportunities, and amenities that include a 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center, five championship golf courses, numerous formal and informal dining venues, a full service marina with access to the Gulf of Mexico, 12 miles of on-property hiking and biking trails, a tennis complex, and a residents-only private beach park, Seaglass is redefining the luxury high-rise living experience in Southwest Florida. All of the building’s penthouse residences have been sold. A choice selection of tower residences remains available.

The Seaglass tower will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans at Seaglass range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air and are priced from just over $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include dual private elevator grand foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.

Located at 1948 Oil Well Road, Naples Orange Blossom offers an affordable resort lifestyle with amenities that include a new Community Center with a fitness center and catering kitchen, multiple swimming pools, a spa, hammocks, a shade pavilion, cabanas, beach chairs, tennis courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball, and basketball courts.
