Robb & Stucky Designing Tower Residence Model at Seaglass

Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda, ASID and Rachelle Porco are creating the interior for the Seaglass 804 tower residence model, one of three models The Ronto Group will be presenting at the 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower under construction within Bonita Bay. The models will include finishes from the Seaglass Design Studio located at 26951 Country Club Drive in Bonita Bay. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows residents to select their flooring, cabinetry, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. With construction underway, opportunities to select finishes will become progressively limited.

Seaglass will feature ready for occupancy residences with premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three tower residence great room floor plans at Seaglass range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet and are priced from just over $1 million. Two remaining penthouse residences are priced from $2.9 million and offer approximately 4,600 square feet.

The 3,088 square feet 804 tower residence includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a den, a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, terrace space totaling 485 square feet, and a private elevator foyer. Set against sandy bisque background tones, the color palette includes light creams and whites. Frosted glass accents of will be layered with gold and silver metallics. Furnishings will include leather against cotton and linen fabrics.

The sandy tones and natural woods will evoke a sense of being beachside in the lobby. A sofa with bisque fabric will be set against faux-finished walls. The foyer will open to the great room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living area, a 10-foot fireplace will be installed within a built-out section of wall. On either side, thick glass shelving will be lighted from above. Two sofas will be upholstered in bisque linen. Two easy chairs will face the fireplace.

A rectangular ceiling structure with recessed lighting will highlight the adjacent dining area that hosts a rectangular dining table with seating for eight. The contemporary kitchen will feature a counter-height island. Counter stools in a gold finish will be upholstered in a bisque. Light-toned finishes will be selected for the perimeter and island cabinetry and counter surfaces.

The den will offer a space that can function as an office or an additional bedroom. The plan calls for light-toned cabinetry across an entire wall with lighted shelving and a spacious desk. An armchair and ottoman will be grouped with a sleeper sofa. Bleda and Porco have selected wicker furniture offering style and comfort on the terrace. The space will allow for designated dining and lounging areas, with room for a summer kitchen.

The seaglass motif will continue in the master suite. A four poster bed will command attention with a combination of Lucite and gold metallic finish. The nightstands will showcase white and mirrored finishes. A In the master bathroom, the design will include sea sponges, shells, and a wallpapered background.
