As luxury homebuyer traffic and reservation activity continue to gain momentum at the new Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower Sales Center, the award-winning Ronto Group unveiled luxurious penthouse and tower residence floor plans that will redefine the high-rise living experience. The 26-floor, 120-unit tower to be built by Ronto within the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master baths of the residences will reflect the new type of contemporary flair that architect Santiesteban & Associates has brought to the architectural style of the building. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.
The Naples-based Ronto Group and Wheelock Street Capital acquired the final two high-rise tower parcels at Bonita Bay late last year. Ronto is also developing Naples Square, a new community with a walkable lifestyle that is changing how people live in downtown Naples.
The spectacular penthouse residences at Seaglass are priced from $2.4 million and offer approximately 4,600 square feet of air conditioned space with a private elevator foyer, a large great room, spacious gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, or four bedrooms plus a den and four-and-a-half baths. Ceiling heights of 10-feet eight-inches or 11-feet four-inches are included per plan. Several of the penthouse residences feature especially inviting expanded outdoor spaces with exceptionally large terraces, including two private rooftop terraces that will be enjoyed by the residents of the penthouses on the building’s uppermost floor.
Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air are priced from $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include private elevator foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets throughout the residence, and multiple outdoor spaces that include an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
The Seaglass tower’s second floor will connect to an award-winning amenity complex previously designed by Santiesteban. An expansive array of amenities already in place includes a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fully-equipped fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a large resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill. In addition to the attractions available at the amenity complex, the world-class amenities of the Bonita Bay Club, including three on-site and two off-site golf courses, will also be available to residents of the new tower.
