Lifestyle Continues to Appeal to Future Residents of Seaglass at Bonita Bay

With a variety of membership opportunities available, future residents of Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being developed by The Ronto Group within Bonita Bay, continue to be captivated by the community’s award-winning lifestyle. Named one of the ten healthiest clubs in America, Bonita Bay’s amenities include a 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center, five championship golf courses, recently expanded tennis facilities, a full-service marina, numerous dining venues, a residents-only private beach park, a network of on-property hiking trails, and an aquatic center slated to begin construction in summer 2017.

The Lifestyle Center contributed to the Bonita Bay Club receiving the America’s Healthiest Clubs award. The Lifestyle Center includes a 20,000 square feet world-class Fitness Center, a 9,000 square feet spa and salon, and the WAVE Café that serves healthy fast food that can be enjoyed on-site or prepared to go.

Three on-property golf courses were designed by Arthur Hills to preserve and enhance the natural features of the land. Two Tom Fazio designed courses at the nearby Bonita Bay Club Naples provide a golf experience on over 1,000 acres that includes preserved wetlands but no residential development.

A re-arrangement and slight expansion of Bonita Bay’s 18-court tennis complex was completed last December. Next summer, the 10,000 square feet building that formerly housed the community’s fitness center and spa will be transformed into a tennis clubhouse with casual dining and an indoor/outdoor bar. The new aquatic center scheduled to begin construction in summer 2017 will be adjacent to the expanded tennis facility.

A full-service on-site marina with access to the Gulf of Mexico allows Bonita Bay residents to fully enjoy Southwest Florida’s tropical lifestyle. The marina is located just minutes from the Gulf. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services.

Bonita Bay’s private, residents-only beach park is on Little Hickory Island, just 10 to 15 minutes from the community. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms equipped with infant changing stations are provided. Residents also enjoy a network of on-property biking and hiking paths. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers additional recreational possibilities.

The Bonita Bay Club’s redesigned traditional dining room in the clubhouse incorporates a 40-feet long buffet station in the dining space. The former golf pro shop was transformed into the 55th Hole, an approximately 3,500 square feet casual bar experience. Backwater Jack’s, a waterfront dining and lounge experience at the Bonita Bay Marina, is a favored gathering place. Bonita Bay’s Naples Club facility includes a Club Room within the clubhouse that offers additional dining options.

Seaglass will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three tower residence great room floor plans range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air and are priced from just over $1 million.

Visit the Seaglass Sales Center from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Sundays from noon to 5:00 p.m. or online at www.seaglassatbonitabay.com.

The world-class amenities of the Bonita Bay Club, including three on-site and two off-site golf courses, will be available to residents of Seaglass.
